Faculty Details

Prof. Dr. Julien Dinkel is a board-certified radiologist and internationally recognized expert in thoracic and cardiovascular imaging. He is currently University Professor and Head of CTU Radiology at University Hospital Nice, France. Previously, he held the Chair of Thoracic Radiology at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) Munich, where he also served as Head of Thoracic and Cardiac Imaging and Head of Radiology at the Thoracic Clinic Gauting. Prof. Dinkel completed his medical training in Strasbourg and Heidelberg, with postdoctoral research at Harvard Medical School. He has authored over 116 publications, holds an H-index of 35, and plays leading roles in major European radiological societies.
