Faculty Details

Dr Jennifer Leong Siew Mooi is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Sunway Medical Centre. She graduated with Masters in Clinical Oncology from University Malaya in 2015 and went to practice at the National Cancer Institute prior to joining Sunway Medical Centre in 2020. Dr Jennifer offers advice on systemic therapy for various cancer sites and her key area of interest lies in the management of hepatobiliary, lung and gynaecological cancers. Her expertise is sought after in various advisory boards, both locally and regionally. She is also well-skilled in advanced radiotherapy planning. Beyond clinical work, Dr Jennifer is a huge advocate on patient advocacy and raising cancer awareness among the public. She currently holds the position of an executive committee member in the City Cancer Challenge in Greater Petaling, which aims to improve accessibility of cancer treatment to the community and strengthening the local health care system. Dr Jennifer is a member of the Malaysian Oncological Society (MOS), ESMO, ESTRO, IASLC and ASCO.
