
MY, MalaysiaDr Boey Ching Yeen received her medical degree with honours from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2011. She was elected to the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and subsequently, completed her postgraduate studies in Nuclear Medicine in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). In 2023, she received her Fellowship of the Asian Nuclear Medicine Board (FANMB) in Seoul, South Korea. Presently, she works as a Nuclear Medicine Physician in Hospital Kuala Lumpur. Her special interests are in the field of PET-CT imaging in Oncology and non-oncologic indications, theranostics, selective internal radiation therapy (SIRT) in primary and metastatic liver cancers, I-131 radioactive iodine therapy in thyroid carcinomas, and MIBG therapy in metastatic neuroblastoma and paragangliomas.
